If this includes a refund, our policy is as follows...

1. Refund policy for single purchase items lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase arrives, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Refunds can also be given if a product has not shipped yet.

2. If refund is requested in light of broken or major product malfunction, physically inferior or damaged product, photographs may be requested/required.

3. To be eligible for a refund, your item must have been purchased via this website (vodkamariette.com). Purchases made on other websites, or physical retailers are ineligible. Thus, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Promotional Products that were not paid for are non-refundable. Sorry : /

5. Sale/Discount items (if applicable); Items will be refunded for price paid by consumer, if full retail was not paid, consumer will not receive that in refund.

6. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

7. Purchases made with cryptocurrency can only be refunded with store credit.
